It has come to the attention of N.E.T.S. that there are a few companies who are claiming to be able to do and are doing "Key Pathways". This name is a registered trademark of N.E.T.S. and unless they have written permission to use it they are in violation of Federal Trademark Laws.

We bring this to your attention due to a rumor that someone using the name "Key Pathway" ® failed to qualify in court. This was not a N.E.T.S. case. Key Pathway has passed and been accepted in all courts in which we testified regarding this multiple step process.

If you are aware of any company other than N.E.T.S claiming they do Key Pathway please call us for verification of their certifications.
